Our name – Devonshire Collective – celebrates the diversity of our neighbourhood, and invites everyone to take part in what we do.

One road back from the seafront on the Victorian former high street, we are located in the heart of a vibrant community of cafes, grocers and independent shops.

Seaside is home to a long-standing community of 15,000 people, the most ethnically diverse ward in our town, but one which faces challenges around economic and social exclusion.

However, there is a wealth of community and voluntary activity in our neighbourhood. We are proud to work closely with organisations such as Sanctuary, Rooted Community Food and YMCA Downslink to help meet the needs of local people.

Since 2016 we’ve been part of this wonderful community – changing and growing as it has.
