Studios and Hires

We currently don’t have any studio availability, but sign up to our newsletter below to learn of future opportunities.

Our learning space, DC Learn Studio, at 1–5 Seaside, BN22 7NA, is available to hire by the day. The studio is a self-contained ground floor unit approximately 35 sq ft with a kitchenette, accessible bathroom and mobility ramp. The studio is suitable for talks, events and workshops.

Day rate: £140
Half-day rate: £80

We offer a discount of 25% to community groups and residents of the Devonshire ward.
