Our learning space, DC Learn Studio, at 1–5 Seaside, BN22 7NA, is available to hire by the day. The studio is a self-contained ground floor unit approximately 35 sq ft with a kitchenette, accessible bathroom and mobility ramp. The studio is suitable for talks, events and workshops.
Day rate: £140
Half-day rate: £80
We offer a discount of 25% to community groups and residents of the Devonshire ward.

Nature Rave is a newly commissioned window installation and graphic identity by Devonshire Youth Collective, in collaboration with Two Pens. In celebration of the Turner Prize 2023 with Eastbourne ALIVE.
A weekly course, in 6 week terms for people aged 50+ who would love to try art but have little confidence.
Our Bronze Arts Award Course builds an individual portfolio of work ranging from drawing and painting to print and mixed media. Students will learn new skills and techniques in various mediums. Trinity College, London moderates all portfolios.

A Bedroom for Everyone is an exhibition comprising a newly-commissioned animation by filmmaker Ed Webb-Ingall, stemming from a long-term body of work that asks what the role of filmmaking is in response to the current housing crisis in the UK.
