This Autumn, Devonshire Collective present a series of artist commissions in the public realm that celebrate the character and urban fabric of our neighbourhood.
Look out for five newly commissioned artworks unfolding across the Devonshire ward, in unexpected or overlooked locations, in places of community and daily life, and in collaboration with our unique creative community:
Devonshire Youth Collective with Two Pens
All artworks commissioned by Devonshire Collective, in partnership with Eastbourne ALIVE.

Eastbourne ALIVE is an ambitious creative wraparound project which celebrates the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that Turner Prize 2023 coming to Eastbourne offers. The partnership programme aims to be the catalyst for lasting change in Eastbourne. Working with young people, local cultural organisations, East Sussex Public Health, businesses, and the community, Eastbourne ALIVE will be delivering a wide range of projects such as public art installations, exclusive schools visits to Towner Eastbourne, animating disused shop fronts, teacher training workshops, wellbeing research, a wide-reaching work experience programme and so much more.
